feel the past and live the future. No beginning, middle or end. A song forever being written.

If these walls could talk, they would sing. Constructed in 1928 as a furniture store for the largest furniture company in the South, The Barnett still sits in the city’s storied Warehouse District. Once known for its manufacturing sites, the neighborhood has grown into a vital hub for art, dining, and entertainment. Restored and reimagined, 600 Carondelet Street is now our home.

The Barnett honors the sophisticated architectural nuances of the original structure while incorporating modern amenities and design. Featuring a rooftop bar, a seasonal outdoor pool, multiple dining options, and spaces for live music and events, believe us: We know how to hit the high notes.
