Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on hotel occupancy, however, please note that a fee of $75 applies for early access to your room.
Guests must present a government-issued photo ID or passport and a valid credit card to authorize for the full amount of your stay. An additional $200 will be authorized for incidentals.
We accept all major credit cards to pay for your room and to guarantee your stay. All reservations must be guaranteed with a card on file at check in. We do accept debit cards, however, the funds will be immediately withdrawn from your account. Any refunds upon checkout can take up to 5-10 business days.

The hotel does not have a dedicated self-parking lot. We highly recommend using our convenient Valet Parking Service directly through the hotel. Alternatively, there are several general City Parking options available nearby in the Warehouse District.
We do not offer a hotel shuttle service to or from the airport. However, there are plenty of reliable ride-share options available through MSY Airport (Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport).

The property is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or vaping devices, is not permitted anywhere inside the building, including guest rooms. Violations incur a cleaning fee of no less $250 than plus tax.
